NO, there are no brokerage fees if you stay in the investment for the full period. OrbVest absorbs those costs. Below are the details from PKF and the exchange.

For the client holding shares in relation to OrbVest he/she would be subject to the following fees:

On-market trading fee of 0.75% (on each side of the transaction) – should the client wish to buy or sell shares on the secondary market.
Off-market trading fee of 1.25% (on each side of the transaction) - should the client wish to buy or sell shares off of the secondary market.
Withdrawal fee of USD 20 – should the client wish to withdraw funds from their trading account wallet
We have waived the inactivity fee.
There will be no fees charged when the investment pays out or dividends are paid, only fees will be charged if the client decides to withdraw their funds or buy another share on market.
If the client reinvests the dividends into another OrbVest scheme that is busy doing a capital raise they will not pay fees either.
