To invest via a trust, we require the following documentation:
- Trust registration document - certified by an independent person. (Certification should be done by a third-party outside of the company)
- Trust deed.
- Official document listing the Trust’s Reps (if applicable).
- Official document listing the Trust Trustee’s.
- Official Document giving power to act on behalf of Trust for each Trustee and / or Rep (Resolution document)
- Proof of physical address required (not older than 3 months) for each;

- Protector

- Founder
- Rep (person authorized to act on behalf of Trust – If applicable.
- Identity Document (Certified Passport) for each;
- Trustee

Shareholder(s) with 10% or more shareholding.
- Please complete the Due Diligence form (you can download it from the Documents section or complete it directly on your profile page)
Individual
- Valid photo-based ID document – certified “true copy of the original” not issued more than 10 years ago.
- Valid proof of residential physical address – no more than 3 months old.
- Contact details – email address(s) and telephone number(s).
Entity (i.e., company, trust, foundation, etc.).
Trust: Standard list of documents for on boarding a trust is required.
Company: Standard list of documents for on boarding a company is required.
