  • All members owning 25% or more in LLC:   


- Passport Copy/driver’s license 

- Proof of Residential Address

Please see below options on how to confirm that you are an accredited investor

 

Option 1: 

  • Third-Party Accredited Investor Verification Letter 

Option 2:

  • Go through “Verify Investor” process on platform 

Option 3:

  • Verify Your Accredited Status on your profile where the request is sent to your accountant / attorney directly from the platform.

 

  • If Third-Party is signing up on behalf of the LLC, a Resolution is required whereby permission is granted. – To be removed MAYBE (not yet)

  • Main Member Date of Birth – Obtained from Passport copy
