All investors are required to go through the KYC (Know Your Client) process, like FICA in SA.

The following documentation will be required to satisfy the KYC and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements of PKF Capital in the Seychelles:


  • Certified copy of your passport / ID document / ID Card (front and back). Kindly note that PKF are no longer accepting South African green bar-coded ID books which are older than 10 years, if older, and client has no other alternative proof of identification, PKF will verify your identity via a scheduled Zoom call.


Certified means you have a copy of your passport / ID signed and stamped by a Commissioner of Oaths, confirming that it is a true copy of the original. It is imperative that the underlined words appear on the certification, together with the certifier's full name and title. When certifying at a SAPS office, please make sure all the words on the police stamp are clear and legible.

Certified Accountant

 

  • Proof of physical address not older than 3 months. 

Any of the following types of documents will suffice:

Utility bill
Bank statement or reference letter
 Signed letter from lawyer or accountant that has known client for 3 years

Valid lease agreement
Co-habitation letter from a person living in the same residence
 (additional KYC requirements for this option)   

 

  • Proof of bank account in the clients name e.g., Bank statement / reference letter from clients’ bank
  • Full banking details, including the physical address of your bank.
  • Due Diligence form to be completed/uploaded on client’s profile



*Should client not have a Tax No. due to studies, PKF requires a copy of the clients’ student card (latest) or alternatively, a proof of registration*
