● Log in

● Go to DASHBOARD

● On the left-hand side of your screen, you will find yellow options

● Choose “Withdraw Funds”

● Complete “Amount to withdraw”

● Complete Withdraw form (your information will be automatically populated by the system)

● Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Click for signature”

● Sign form

● Done

 

Please note that proof of bank account is required (If this has not been provided recently, please send a copy of your bank statement or bank account confirmation letter to support@orbvest.com).

 

If your bank details have changed, note that additional documents may be requested, and you will have to go through the KYC process again.

 

Kindly allow 5 - 10 working days for internal and international banking processing. See below withdrawal process:

 

● OrbVest receives withdrawal request (if received after 11h30 am, it can only be submitted the next working day as all banking is done by 12h00).

● We ensure that no details have changed – If any details have changed, you will have to be Re-KYC’d.      

● We submit it to PKF Capital.

● They ensure that all details are correct and that you have sufficient funds in your wallet.

● They request the withdrawal from the exchange.

● Once the funds are released from the exchange, they can load the payment on their banking system for payment.     

● The payment is processed.

● They receive the SWIFT confirmation from ABSA.

● They send us the SWIFT confirmation.

● We send the SWIFT confirmation to you.

● Once the SWIFT has been received, the funds should clear in your account shortly depending on how many intermediary banks are involved.          

  • If you have not received funds within one week of receiving your SWIFT confirmation, kindly reach out to your bank as some banks may have additional requirements before releasing funds that are sent from abroad.

It is important to note the following fee deductions:

 

  - $20 fee from MERJ exchange.

  - Approximately $15 fee from ABSA Seychelles.

  - Incoming funds - depending on your bank.
